DIRECTOR @ MITHILEX With a background rooted in Legal education and a keen focus on the evolving dynamics of international contracts, Nidhi Jha established MithiLex to address the growing need for cross-border legal precision. Her experience spans drafting and reviewing critical agreements—from SaaS and Service Contracts to Influencer and IP agreements—within major Indian legal hubs like Mumbai and Delhi. Nidhi’s philosophy is simple: Empowerment through information. Whether she is mentoring law students through MithiLex’s educational wing or vetting a Master Service Agreement for a US-based client, her goal is to ensure that every word serves a purpose and every clause provides protection. With an expertise in translating legal text and documents, Nidhi Jha is a member of the translation and review committee of the “Constitution of India” translated in Maithili language by National Translation Mission, CIIL and Ministry of Law and Justice, Government of India.
